All payments on the Words as Art Ltd website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5%GST.
Payment options online are either Visa or Mastercard and are processed in NZ dollars. We process all orders through the secure online facility powered by PayMate. Paymate is an Australian ownedcompany and all transactions with Paymate are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. Delivery within New Zealand is via Courier Post and Australian deliveries are via NZ Post.
For custom designs we aim to have your item delivered within 8-10 working days and for standard items within 5-7 days. During busy times of the year delivery may take a little longer but we will keepin touch to let you know if there will be a delay. Please allow another couple of days for delivery to Australia.
We know that sometimes people need things in a big hurry so we are happy to process FASTTRACK orders if you require your product(s) within a certain time. The cost for this service is $50 including GST and you can find this service in the AND ALL THE REST category. Click toadd this service to the basket and we'll be in touch to arrange all the details. With thisservice we aim for next (working) day manufacturing.
Delivery details must include a physical address as Courier Post will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday with no delivery on New Zealand public holidays.
While every effort is made to ensure your Words as Art are free from defects, each product is lovingly made by hand and therefore errors can occur. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Words as Art Ltd. However sometimes we realise that you may not be entirelyhappy with your product(s). If you feel you need to return or exchange your purchase, pleasec ontact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for the return of the goods and we'll be happy toeither exchange or supply a credit with Words as Art.
If you are dissatisfied with your product due to a manufacturing fault we will be happy to replace it. If you would like a refund, please return the faulty product(s) in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we will refund the purchase price only.
As the Words as Art site is an interactive website, the designs that you create will be manufactured to the specifications that you set. We cannot accept custom orders back if you simply change yourmind, or have made a mistake with the sizing, colour or spelling (in saying that, if we notice a spelling error during the manufacturing process, we will endeavour to contact you!).
